  I've worked w/ various rescues in the last 10 yrs. and only had rescued pets. I have to say that the care and thought Ruby's gives the dogs that come to their rescue is outstanding!!! The adoption process is about finding the right home for every dog placed, not just a place for the dog. The patience and kindness shown to these poor lost souls is truly amazing. Any animal that ends up @ Ruby's rescue has truly found angels.

  Jean Ann has been rescuing dogs for many years now. She has a passion for making sure every animal that comes through her door is well taken care of and adopted into the best suitable home. She gets to know each animal. Many of the dogs that come to her have medical issues and she goes above and beyond getting them the help they need to have a chance at a long life. Some of these dogs also have behavioral issues that need addressed. I have watched over the years how after being in her care..these dogs actually transform in a positive way.
  She also has many wonderful volunteers that come along side her and make sure these animals know what it is to feel loved and cared for.
  I couldn't applaud her more for all the effort she puts into her rescue. There is never a dog that she turns away. Never a dog she gives up on.
  Rescue is her passion..and she does her very best to make sure every dog has a chance .
