  The food here at Dixie's from a buffet stand point is great; however, like many good restraunts there is always room for improvement. For example, the potatoes were delicious, but could use a little more flavor and or seasoning, but still good nonetheless. The chocolate pudding stood out to me because of how smooth the texture was and the brown gravy is some of the best I've had and I've had brown gravy at a lot of places. The waitresses here are nice and don't waste time with replacing your drink of choice with another when your glass is getting low. The overall atmosphere of this restraunt, the last standing Dixie's is enjoying, with easy going music and a peaceful place. Keep up the good work Dixie's and you're outstanding service.
